Esta fundación sin fines de lucro, que se encarga de impartir clases de inglés de manera gratuita a los niños, jóvenes, y adultos del país, ha estado ejerciendo estas funciones en el municipio de Gaspar Hernández, por varios años y continúan los esfuerzos por apoyar a los más desposeídos en la enseñanza del inglés como segundo idioma, y concientizando a la vez sobre lo importante que es proteger el medio ambiente y los recursos naturales de la nación.
El presidente de dicha ONG, Prof. Luis Emilio Brito Arias, ha alfabetizado a más de ochocientos jóvenes en lo que lleva trabajando con la organización, en la actualidad hay 70 jóvenes en la fundación de los cuales 35 son de la comunidad de Villa Magante y 35 son de los campos cercano al pueblo.
Una de las metas más importantes para esta organización es lograr que los niños, jóvenes y adultos del país se alfabeticen en el idioma inglés.
Una vez alfabetizado y conociendo las herramientas tecnológicas que se les enseña a los estudiantes serán capaces de seguir aprendiendo aun hayan dejado el programa, ya que las clases audiovisuales son colocadas en el blog de la fundación www.fundacionincampo.blogspot.com
